This BGCI project involves the development of a modular course for botanic gardens and seeks to build capacity amongst garden educators to develop effective programmes and activities to engage people with plants.

A platform that include a collection of free online courses, videos and lectures from the world's leading universities like Yale, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard. aggregates the best free and open courseware for students and professionals, all in a conveniently searchable online courseware platform.
Of particular interest to botanic gardens educators are courses on Environment and Sustainable Development, Cognition & Learning in Educational Setting and Leadership Development.

Heritage Interpretation Training Center

This provides e-LIVE university level courses in heritage interpretation, many of which are offered by no other organizations. Gain training in a variety of interpretive topics and subject matter, taught by an instructor with years of experience.
