Contagem, BR
I am graduated at Biological Sciences from Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros (2012), master’s at Botany from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (2015) and doctorate at Ecologia from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (2020), acting on the following subjects: plant ecology, plant conservation, phylogenetic and functional ecology, -soil feedbacks, plantplant production and recuperation of degraded area. For two years I have been working at the Inhotim Botanical Garden coordinating the activities of the Botany Laboratory which aims to propagate species that are difficult to grow and contribute to the conservation of endangered species. Currently, our focus has been on the species Melanoxylon brauna, on the genus Syagrus and on savanna trees.
