I have over 20 years of bio farming experience at Sultanciftligi- Malva Permaculture Farm&Arboretum- Istanbul, Turkey. As well as running my SME corporation, the EOS (Ecocert Organic standard) certified farm&arboretum& the mill, I am a Permaculture Designer involved in a variety of projects.

I care passionately about agricultural biodiversity and sustainable production. We specialize in bio cereals esp. ancient (founder) varieties such as emmer and eincorn. Best practices for Farm to Table; ISO standards in storage and processing acc. to bio standards, IPM, Bio Stonemilling are my business.
I have also served a short term as sustainable agriculture consultant/ permaculture designer at Bogazici Universi,ty- Susrtainable Development and Cleaner Production Center- Istanbul, Turkey in years 2017-2018.
