I have worked in Public Engagement in the botanic gardens sector since 1999 firstly at the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, then RBG Cranbourne (now both part of RBG Victoria) and now at RBG Kew. My undergraduate background is in ecological science and PhD thesis in environmental history. I am passionate about the engagement of our communities with science and nature. I have experience in the development and delivery of programs involving volunteers, co-production of content and decolonisation, customer service, interpretation master planning, education, art commissions and the philanthropic support.
