I am a qualified agronomist with a background on conservation horticulture with 19 years of experience at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. I specialized in propagation and cultivation of woody plant specie and implemented a seed conservation program for the most threatened species at RBG Kew. I have trained and mentored horticultural students through my career. Currently, I develop and implement plant conservation initiatives with a focus in the Latin American region.
