The 11th International Congress on Education in Botanic Gardens is taking place on 8th-13th June 2025 in Seoul, South Korea.

In addition to our registration options for in person attendance, we also have a virtual registration option for those that would like to take part but are unable to travel to the event in person.

Virtual registration includes access to the opening and closing ceremonies and plenary speaker presentations (5 plenary presentations). In addition this ticket includes access to the oral presentation sessions taking place in the main lecture building (i.e. during the concurrent session aspects of the programme you will be able to watch the presentations taking place in the main plenary room as part of this).

Unfortunately it is not possible to give virtual ticket holders access to other sessions (e.g. workshops) running during the programme due to technical options available.

Please note that there is a minimum number of virtual registration delegates required to make the virtual component financially viable. A review and decision on this component will be made in early April.
