We invite you to a series of Caribbean and Central American Botanic Garden Network Technical Talks (TechTalks) featuring voices from around the network.
Our first speaker of the year 2023 is Rodrigo De Sousa Hernandez, from Osa Conservation in Costa Rica whose current work focuses on agricultural sustainability, tree conservation, and connectivity between existing forest patches through agricultural landscapes. The title of Rodrigo’s talk is “The AmistOsa Restoration Model: restoring connectivity through an altitudinal gradient in southern Costa Rica.”
This event will be presented in English via Zoom but a translated recording will be shared with the network at a later time. Join us on Thursday January 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM EST.
