Mt. Cuba Center, a public garden dedicated to native plants and ecological gardening, won the top spot in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for “Best Botanical Garden” in North America. It competed against 18 others, including several well-established institutions including the Chicago Botanic Garden and The New York Botanical Garden. Congratulations to Mt. Cuba Center!

The other BGCI member gardens in the top 10 are Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden, Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, Missouri Botanical Garden, Ganna Walska Lotusland, UC Botanical Garden at Berkeley, and United States Botanical Garden.
