Hurricane Rafael has taken an incredible toll on the gardens and communities of Cuba. Given the difficult humanitarian situation left by the passage of Hurricane Rafael through Cuba, Planta – Plantlife Conservation Society has opened a support channel for the victims through our local network of volunteers. Donate through the link below to purchase food and supplies for the victims. Let’s help the physical and spiritual recovery of those affected.

Planta – Plantlife Conservation Society is a Canadian environmental non-governmental organization (www.planta.ngo) with more than 10 years of experience working at the local level in Cuba through an extensive volunteer network. BGCI together with the Caribbean and Central American Network of Botanic Gardens and Naples Botanical Garden (Florida, USA) have been working with Planta! to support the network of botanic gardens in Cuba.
